Guidance Centre visits poor bedridden patients in and around Thiruvananthapuram and extending financial help and distributing groceries.

Guidance Centre conducts free medical camp by specialised doctors from various departments with paramedical team at places where there is no modern facilities available. Free treatments and medicines are provided. Many poor patients utilize these facilities.

Guidance Centre distributes food packets to the needy people. Also the Centre  distributes snacks for 800 patients in the Mental Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram.
